I know what it feels like to lose yourself.
Years ago, I found myself sitting alone on my couch on an ordinary afternoon. The house was quiet. My children had grown older and, for the first time in years, they didn't need me. My relationship had slowly become emotionally distant, and work had become the place where I poured every ounce of energy I had left.
Then everything became still.
For the first time in a long time, no one needed anything from me.
I remember asking myself a question that stopped me in my tracks:
"What do I even do with myself?"
The truth was heartbreaking.
I didn't know.
I realized I had spent so many years caring for everyone else that I had forgotten who I was. I couldn't even tell you what television shows I actually enjoyed because I had become so used to simply watching whatever happened to be on. My life had become routine instead of intentional. I was physically unwell, emotionally exhausted, unhappy in my career, and surviving each day instead of living it.
Then another question quietly emerged.
What did the younger version of me dream about?
That question became the beginning of everything.
I didn't discover healing because I wanted to become an energy healer.
I discovered healing because I wanted to find myself again.
As I began exploring nervous system regulation, energy medicine, sound healing, embodiment, and the connection between our lived experiences and our physical health, something profound happened. I realized I wasn't broken.
My body had been protecting me.
Years of stress, responsibility, grief, people-pleasing, and survival had disconnected me from the woman I had always been underneath it all.
Healing wasn't about becoming someone new.
It was about remembering who I was before life convinced me to forget.
That realization became the foundation of The Liminal Soul Healing.
The word liminal describes the space between what was and what is becoming. It is the threshold where the old version of yourself no longer fits, but the next version hasn't fully emerged. It can feel uncertain, uncomfortable, and lonely—but it is also where the deepest transformation begins.
That is the space I now have the privilege of holding for others.
For more than twenty-five years, I have supported people navigating chronic stress, burnout, trauma, emotional overwhelm, spiritual awakening, and life's biggest transitions.
My work blends nervous system-informed care with energy medicine, sound healing, Reiki, EFT, yoga therapy, ministry, and intuitive guidance to create an approach that is both deeply grounded and deeply transformational.
I don't believe healing happens because someone "fixes" you.
I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to reconnect with the parts of yourself you've had to leave behind.
Whether we work together through a private healing session, the Healing Blueprint, Calm the Chaos, The Regulated Self, or one of my educational trainings, my intention is always the same:
To help you remember who you are beneath the stress.
To help you trust your body again.
To help you create a life that feels like your own—not one built around surviving everyone else's expectations.
Because I know what it's like to wake up one day and wonder where you went.
And I also know what it feels like to come home to yourself.
If you're standing in that in-between space—the place where something in you knows it's time for life to feel different—I would be honored to walk beside you.
