This is the starting point for all new clients.
Activation is designed to:

This 1:1 Evaluation Session is designed to understand what is happening in your system and identify the most supportive path forward for your healing process.

We look at:
  • Nervous system patterns and stress responses
  • Emotional overwhelm, burnout, or reactivity
  • Sleep, energy, and regulation capacity
  • Current life stressors and triggers
  • What kind of support structure you actually need
You will leave with clarity on:
  • what is happening internally
  • what is keeping you stuck
  • and the next best step (session work or program placement)
This is the required starting point for all new clients!!

Level 2: The Regulated Self

A 12-Week Group Program for Nervous System Stability, Emotional Resilience & Sustainable Healing
The Regulated Self is a 12-week guided group program designed to meet you exactly where you are and support the next phase of your healing journey. This is a continuation of the work already begun in earlier levels, focusing on deeper integration, stabilization, and long-term nervous system regulation.
This program is not about pushing harder or “fixing” yourself. It is about building capacity, restoring balance, and learning how to feel safe and steady within your own system.
Over 12 weeks, we work together in a structured, supportive group container where you are never navigating the process alone. Each session is designed to help you slow down, integrate, and apply practical tools that support real-life emotional and physiological change.
Throughout the 12 weeks, we focus on helping you:
  • Reduce overwhelm and emotional overload
  • Regulate stress responses and nervous system reactivity
  • Strengthen emotional resilience and inner stability
  • Identify and understand triggers with greater clarity
  • Calm anxiety patterns and spiraling thought loops
  • Reconnect with a grounded sense of self
  • Improve rest, sleep quality, and recovery capacity
  • Reduce emotional exhaustion and burnout patterns

How We Work Together:

This is a trauma-informed, integrative group experience that blends education, guided practice, and experiential work. Each week builds on the last to create sustainable internal change rather than temporary relief.

The Focus of This Level:

The Regulated Self is about consistency, safety, and embodiment. It is where insight begins to become integration, and where healing shifts from understanding into lived experience.
You are supported in learning how to respond differently to stress, hold emotional intensity with more ease, and create a more stable internal foundation that carries into everyday life.




Level 3: The Rooted Self

A 9-Week Program for Deep Healing, Emotional Reconnection & Personal Transformation

Rooted Self is an immersive healing experience designed for individuals ready to move beyond surface-level coping and begin creating lasting internal change.
This structured 9-week program supports deeper emotional healing, nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and personal reconstruction through a grounded and integrative approach.
Through weekly live group sessions, guided practices, personalized opening and closing 1:1 sessions, and ongoing integration support, clients are guided through a process of identifying emotional patterns, releasing limiting conditioning, rebuilding internal stability, and reconnecting with themselves in a more intentional and empowered way.
Using the chakra system as a framework for reflection and healing — alongside hypnosis, sound healing, breathwork, energy-based practices, and restorative techniques — this work is designed to support meaningful, embodied transformation over time.
Rooted Self is for those ready to engage deeply in their healing journey with honesty, intention, and commitment.

1:1 Nervous System & Integrative Healing Sessions

For clients who need individualized, focused support.
These sessions are designed to help regulate stress responses, process emotional activation, and support deeper nervous system recalibration over time.
This work may include:
  • nervous system regulation techniques
  • somatic-based processing
  • emotional integration support
  • subconscious pattern work
  • guided grounding and stabilization practices
This is structured, supportive work that meets your system where it is—without forcing intensity.

Healing is most effective when it is approached in layers.
Your nervous system needs consistency, safety, and repetition in order to integrate change at a sustainable pace.

Because of this, I work through structured sessions and programs rather than one-off experiences. This allows the body and mind to actually retain change instead of temporarily reacting to it.
