The Regulated Self
The Regulated Self is a 12-week guided group program designed to meet you exactly where you are and support the next phase of your healing journey. This is a continuation of the work already begun in earlier levels, focusing on deeper integration, stabilization, and long-term nervous system regulation.
This program is not about pushing harder or “fixing” yourself. It is about building capacity, restoring balance, and learning how to feel safe and steady within your own system.
Over 12 weeks, we work together in a structured, supportive group container where you are never navigating the process alone. Each session is designed to help you slow down, integrate, and apply practical tools that support real-life emotional and physiological change.
Throughout the 12 weeks, we focus on helping you:
Reduce overwhelm and emotional overload
Regulate stress responses and nervous system reactivity
Strengthen emotional resilience and inner stability
Identify and understand triggers with greater clarity
Calm anxiety patterns and spiraling thought loops
Reconnect with a grounded sense of self
Improve rest, sleep quality, and recovery capacity
Reduce emotional exhaustion and burnout patterns

You are supported in learning how to respond differently to stress, hold emotional intensity with more ease, and create a more stable internal foundation that carries into everyday life.
