A Glimpse Into the Experience
Whether we're sitting together in a private session, breathing through stress in a Calm the Chaos workshop, or helping a rescue horse find a greater sense of ease, every experience begins the same way—with presence.
There isn't a script or a one-size-fits-all protocol here.
Every session is guided by listening. Listening to your story, your nervous system, your body, and the subtle ways stress and life experiences have shaped where you are today.
Healing looks different for everyone, and this page offers a glimpse into what that journey can feel like.

When you work with me, you'll find a calm, welcoming space where there is no pressure to perform, explain everything perfectly, or “have it all together.”
Instead, we'll begin exactly where you are.
Sometimes that means quiet conversation.
Sometimes it means guided breathwork.
Sometimes it means gentle frequency work or biofield balancing.
Sometimes your nervous system simply needs permission to slow down before anything else can happen.
No two sessions are exactly alike because no two people are.
Frequency is one of the many tools I use to support regulation and balance.
Using tuning forks and other gentle vibrational techniques, I work with the body's biofield to identify areas that may be holding stress, tension, or energetic imbalance. These approaches are intended to encourage relaxation, support the body's natural healing processes, and create an environment where the nervous system can begin to settle.
Many clients describe leaving sessions feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.

Healing doesn't only happen on the treatment table.
Some of the deepest transformation happens when we understand why our bodies respond the way they do.
Through workshops like Calm the Chaos, I teach practical nervous system regulation skills that people can use long after the workshop ends.
My goal isn't simply to help people feel better for a day.
It's to give them tools they can carry into everyday life.
Education has always been an important part of my work.
Whether speaking at community events, leading workshops, or teaching small groups, I believe understanding your nervous system is one of the most empowering gifts you can give yourself.
Healing becomes much less intimidating when you understand what's happening inside your body.
Knowledge creates confidence.
Confidence creates lasting change.

Healing doesn't stop with people.
I also work with horses and other animals using gentle frequency and biofield techniques that encourage relaxation, regulation, and overall well-being.
Many of the animals I work with have experienced trauma, stress, injury, or simply need additional support as they recover or adjust to new environments.
Working with animals continually reminds me of something I also see in my human clients:
Healing isn't forced. It happens when safety is present.
Some people come because they're exhausted.
Some are navigating anxiety or chronic stress.
Others are searching for clarity, balance, or simply a place where they can finally exhale.
Whatever brings you here, my role isn't to “fix” you.
It's to walk beside you with compassion.
