Sacred Sister Circle is a monthly gathering of women where we shake off obligations, the shoulds and reclaim our beliefs about how we fully express ourselves in the world. We reclaim our voice, our truth, our freedom. It is a sisterhood where we integrate all parts of ourselves to be whole and complete women.
This year we will be exploring our inner energies and working on balance and harmony.
In Circle you will experience:
Meditation- to seek inner guidance
Movement- to shake off stagnation, get your energy moving and give permission to fully express yourself.
Intimate Sharing- with sisters to reflect on the topic
Ritual- to let go of past conditioning and reclaim your authenticity
Ceremony- to examine your beliefs and banish what no longer serves you.
