All sessions are done in 3s to be done within 60 days. this is to ensure that we get the blockages recognized, the systems identified and the healing enough time to break up the stagnation. it is reccomended that you keep up with monthly Mini-Sessions and come back for a full 3 sessions every 3-4 months.

By locating the areas of energetic congestion or dissonance within the biofield, we are able to gently release what no longer serves and invite in deep, restorative balance.
