Each month, I offer a limited number of Mini Healing Sessions aligned with the current energetic theme. These sessions are designed to gently clear, ground, and recalibrate your system so you can move forward feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself.
This is intentional, supportive care for your nervous system, emotional body, and energetic field.

Solar Plexus Alchemy: Reclaiming Your Power
March is the month of embodied confidence.

This month inside Liminal Soul Healing, we are working with the Solar Plexus Chakra — traditionally associated with identity, willpower, and personal authority.
From a modern perspective, this area corresponds physically to:
  • The upper abdominal nerve plexus (often called the “solar plexus” in anatomy)
  • The vagus nerve pathways that regulate safety and stress response
  • The enteric nervous system — your “second brain” in the gut
