Healthy Boundaries

Healthy boundaries are probably the Most important thing anyone can do for themselves in my opinion. Before you can tackle healthy habits, or any real goals, you first need to have your boundaries in place.
Boundaries don't need to be a bad thing. I feel like we all have a negative feeling when it comes to setting them or even taking care of ourselves.

Why can we easily help out others but when we need the same support from ourselves, we don't give it?

A great first step is boundary setting. Make sure you and your support team are on the same page and communicate what is and is not ok firmly.

Stick to the plan and no exceptions to the rules!

This week is the last week to get 50% off of our course:

Heart Chakra: Anahata

Heart Chakra: Anahata

The heart chakra, known as Anahata in Sanskrit, is the fourth primary chakra situated at the center of the chakra system. It acts as the bridge between the lower, more physical energies of the first three chakras and the higher, spiritual energies of the last three. This unique position makes the heart chakra a powerful area of energy that influences our capacity for love, compassion, empathy, and connection. In this comprehensive guide, we'll explore the importance of the heart chakra, signs of imbalance, and practical steps to harmonize and open your heart chakra for a more fulfilling and balanced life.

What is the Heart Chakra?

The heart chakra is located in the center of the chest, near the heart. It is traditionally associated with the color green and the element of air. This chakra governs our ability to love unconditionally, not only others but also ourselves. It is the seat of balance within the body, affecting our emotional responses and our capacity for change and transformation.

Signs of an Imbalanced Heart Chakra

When your heart chakra is out of balance, it can significantly impact your emotional and physical well-being. An imbalance can manifest in several ways:

- Overactive Heart Chakra: You may find yourself becoming overly defensive, jealous, codependent, or giving too much of yourself to others to the point of neglecting your own needs.
- Underactive Heart Chakra: You might experience feelings of isolation, detachment from others, and an inability to open up or trust in relationships.

Physical symptoms can also arise, such as heart-related issues, respiratory problems, or upper back and shoulder pain, reflecting the metaphysical belief that emotional and spiritual distress can manifest physically.

Healing and Balancing the Heart Chakra

The journey to a balanced heart chakra is deeply personal and requires introspection and commitment. Here are several effective practices to heal and open your heart chakra:

  • Meditation and Visualization
  • Practicing Gratitude and Forgiveness
  • Yoga Poses
  • Affirmations

The heart chakra is a powerful center of love, compassion, and connection. By recognizing the signs of imbalance and incorporating practices aimed at opening and balancing this chakra, you can experience deeper relationships, emotional healing, and a profound sense of peace and wellbeing. Remember, the journey to a balanced heart chakra is a continuous process of self-discovery, love, and transformation.

Join us this month as we explore the heart chakra in our Circles, Sound Baths and Gatherings!!

Balancing Bliss: The Transformative Power of Healing Sacral Chakra Trauma

Balancing Bliss: The Transformative Power of Healing Sacral Chakra Trauma
Understanding and nurturing our Sacral Chakra, located just below the navel, is essential for our emotional, creative, and sexual well-being. Traumas affecting this vital energy center can lead to a host of issues, including emotional instability and creativity blocks. By engaging with practices that foster acknowledgment, emotional release, and reconnecting with our creative selves, we set the stage for profound healing and transformation.

A balanced Sacral Chakra empowers us to live with passion, fostering healthy emotional expressions and enriching personal relationships. Healing from Sacral Chakra trauma involves a blend of self-awareness, therapeutic practices, and physical activities like yoga, all aimed at restoring the flow of energy through this chakra. Meditation and affirmations specifically tailored to reinforcing self-love and emotional balance are also crucial to this healing journey.

Embarking on the path to heal Sacral Chakra traumas opens the door to a life marked by enhanced joy, creativity, and deeper interpersonal connections. This healing journey, while challenging, holds the potential for transformation, leading to a more vibrant and fulfilling existence. By addressing these deep-seated issues, we embrace the possibility of living a life that truly resonates with our innermost desires and aspirations.

4 Bodies of Energy and the Liminal Soul

Embrace the Renewal: Exploring the Traditions of Imbolc

Imbolc, also known as Candlemas or Brigid's Day, is a Celtic festival that marks the halfway point between winter and spring. This blog explores the significance of Imbolc and the fascinating traditions associated with it. Lighting candles and fires symbolizes the return of warmth and rejuvenation, while making a Brigid's cross honors the Celtic goddess of fire and fertility. Embracing spring cleaning and planting seeds of intentions symbolically prepares us for the upcoming season, and sharing a feast with loved ones fosters warm connections and community spirit. Embrace the transformative power of nature's cycles and awaken the possibilities of the future during this magical season of growth and transformation.

Embracing Self-Care and Self-Reflection for an Empowering New Year

Embracing Self-Care and Self-Reflection for an Empowering New Year
In this blog post, we explore the importance of self-care and self-reflection for personal growth and inner peace. Taking care of your mind, body, and soul is essential for leading a balanced and fulfilling life. Prioritize activities that bring you joy and relaxation, while setting boundaries to protect your mental space. Cultivating self-reflection through journaling, meditation, or mindfulness allows you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and identify areas for growth. Set intentions and goals for the future, breaking them down into manageable steps and embracing self-compassion along the way. By prioritizing self-care and self-reflection, you can transform your life and show up as your best self in the new year.

Yoga again?

Yoga again?
I am easing back to the world of yoga! After taking a year off, I am ready to reconnect with the practice and rediscover the benefits it can bring to  mind, body, and spirit.

Let's move energy, find inner balance, and experience the transformative power of gentle Hatha yoga.

Hatha yoga is a gentle and holistic form of yoga that focuses on postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation. It is a perfect practice for both beginners and experienced yogis who are looking to reconnect with their bodies, increase flexibility, release tension, and cultivate a sense of calmness and inner peace.

My January classes will guide you through centering and grounding exercises to help you reconnect with your body and establish a strong foundation. Through mindful movement and intentional breathwork, you will learn to move through yoga poses with grace and ease, allowing energy to flow freely throughout your body.

Whether you're a new beginner or returning practitioner, you'll feel supported and encouraged throughout your practice. This is a practice of energy shifting and really connecting with ourselves.

I have taken a lot of time away from all things yoga for over a year now. I was so burned out and just started to hate it. Join me as I start over again on my new journey.
See you there!

Weekly Cosmic report brought to you by CosmicRx

October 16, 2023   |   Read Online

Our hearts are heavy this week,
We are grieving for the loss of innocent lives and for all of those around the world currently living in fear, sadness, and grief. Taking the time to sit with, and process our emotions in light of all the terrible news has been a big part of our practice and we’re finding peace and comfort in human connection, knowing that we’re not alone during this tumultuous time. This has always been a safe space for our cosmic baddies and always will be ❤️.
Sitting in the heart of the eclipse (with all of its chaotic energy), plus being in the midst of intense world events, feels like the perfect storm to bring up uncertainty and fear. But the best thing you can do to regulate your feelings (especially with Scorpio season coming up) is to focus on your body, your emotions, and the things that you can control, in order to show up with radical, revolutionary, and rebellious love and compassion.
(Scorpio Moon: Monday)
On this Scorpio Moon day, we’re accepting the invitation to feel our emotions deeply in order to understand what’s beneath the surface. The solar eclipse likely brought up some revelations and it’s okay to take some time to reflect and process. There may be feelings of vulnerability or fear bubbling, but take this as an opportunity to be empowered by your emotions and confident in expressing them (respectfully and healthily, of course).
(Sagittarius Moon: Tuesday, Wednesday)
This Sag moon is coming at the perfect time (thanks, universe 💕). We’re getting a fresh dose of optimism and hope, which is great for exploring new perspectives as well as your existing mindset. Sagittarius offers the opportunity for a “zoomed-out” perspective and this would be a great time to ask yourself, “what helps me get out of my own head?” In conjunction with the Libra Sun, be aware of your tendency for gossip or loose lips — slow down so you can be mindful in your communication and ensure that your words actually communicate how you feel.
(Capricorn Moon: Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
These next few days are for accomplishing tasks and checking things off the to-do list — that Cap energy will have you feeling diligent and (bonus!) finding stability and comfort while we’re in the heart of the eclipse. Harnessing this practical energy to clear out clutter will feel soooo good, but just make sure you’re still making time for joy, pleasure, and play…it is the weekend after all 💖.
(Aquarius Moon: Sunday)
The Aquarius moon has us entering our focused-girl era 👏Once again, with all the instability of the eclipses, fixed energy, focus, and intentional follow-through are sooooo welcome. As we’re meant to be spending this week sorting through any revelations that came up during the eclipse, the Aquarius energy is especially helpful when it comes to processing sticky emotional issues with more clarity. Look out for obsessive tendencies or hyper-fixations — open your eyes, zoom out, and broaden your perspective.

New Moon AND Solar Eclipse!!

The New Moon is in Libra and is a perfect time for balancing unresolved issues, creating a new plan of action for your upcoming month, and to clear out the sludge.

This New Moon is perfect for those creative projects and communicating you needs and desires.

With the Solar Eclipse in conjunction to the New Moon, we will feel and see the effects amplified.

Plant Spotlight Amaranth

Folklore: Amaranth was sacred to the Aztecs, specifically due to the connection to their Sun God, Huitzilopochitli. It became associated with human sacrifice by the Spanish because the plant was ground into seed, mixed with honey and human blood and shaped into idols before being eaten in ceremonies.

Mabon ( Autumn Equinox)

Celebrate the upcoming Mabon, known as the pagan Thanksgiving, by reflecting on the abundance of Mother Earth and setting intentions for the coming year. Mabon, which falls on September 23rd, is a time to recognize the balance, equality, and harmony of the Autumn Equinox. Give thanks for the harvest and let go of anything that no longer serves you. Symbols such as cornucopia, pinecones, and seeds, as well as colors like orange, red, and yellow, are associated with Mabon. You can celebrate by hosting a bonfire, decorating your entryway, going apple picking, or having a picnic. For a simple celebration, light a candle before bed and give thanks for your blessings.

Laughter is the best medicine

Laughter is the best medicine
Laughter is the best medicine they say.

Laughter is good for your health

Laughter relaxes the whole body. A good, hearty laugh relieves physical tension and stress, leaving your muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes after.
Laughter boosts the immune system. Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease.
Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body's natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.
Laughter protects the heart. Laughter improves the function of blood vessels and increases blood flow, which can help protect you against a heart attack and other cardiovascular problems.
Laughter burns calories. Okay, so it's no replacement for going to the gym, but one study found that laughing for 10 to 15 minutes a day can burn approximately 40 calories—which could be enough to lose three or four pounds over the course of a year.
Laughter lightens anger's heavy load. Nothing diffuses anger and conflict faster than a shared laugh. Looking at the funny side can put problems into perspective and enable you to move on from confrontations without holding onto bitterness or resentment.
Laughter may even help you to live longer. A study in Norway found that people with a strong sense of humor outlived those who don't laugh as much. The difference was particularly notable for those battling

I will attest to the fact that I am always in need of a good laugh, and when I get it, I feel amazing for days!

Have you ever had a good time out with friends and then still feel great the next day?

Make it a point to go have a good laugh and keep the doc away!

Much Love,

What is a Spiritual Mentor to you?

What is a Spiritual Mentor to you?
To me, a spiritual mentor is someone who guides and supports individuals on their journey of spiritual growth and self-discovery.

They provide wisdom, guidance, and practical tools to help seekers explore and deepen their connection with their inner selves, higher power, and the universe. A spiritual mentor serves as a trusted ally, offering a safe and nonjudgmental space for individuals to explore their beliefs, values, and questions about life's meaning and purpose.

They may assist individuals in developing and nurturing spiritual practices, provide intuitive insights, and help them navigate challenging life situations through a lens of spirituality and mindfulness.

Ultimately, a spiritual mentor aims to inspire and empower individuals to live authentically, aligned with their values and in harmony with the universe.

I am an avid believer that a spiritual mentor should also have the following credentials

  • A certification of training on dealing with spiritual needs, so they can safely know how direct and lead without causing further harm.
  • Education on dealing with issues and traumas, so they can provide the correct guidance and healing.
  • If guiding in religion, some sort of ministry certification, to ensure they understand the sanctity of religion.
I as a High Priestess, provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to those in need. I am ordained and have gone through a ministry school to gain my titles.

A High Priestess is a person that has gone through ordination in their respected religion to achieve the highest level. They are the teachers and mentors.

If you are looking for mentorship or guidance, I would love to hear from you!

Much Love,
HP Sandi
