This time of year is my favorite! I really think Thanksgiving is the best for my family. We have chosen many years back to keep thanksgiving to just our immediate household, meaning us and our kids and now grandkids.
Celebrating is a fun way to connect with one another and share and make some great memories.
Here are some exciting ideas to make your Thanksgiving memorable and fun for everyone!
1. Turkey Trot Treasure Hunt:
Kick off the festivities with a Turkey Trot Treasure Hunt! Create a map with clues that lead to hidden treasures around the house or backyard. Fill the treasure spots with Thanksgiving-themed prizes like turkey stickers, pumpkin necklaces, or mini-squash. Let the kids (and the young at heart) burn off some energy before the big feast!
2. Pumpkin Bowling:

Read more...I am easing back to the world of yoga! After taking a year off, I am ready to reconnect with the practice and rediscover the benefits it can bring to mind, body, and spirit.

Hatha yoga is a gentle and holistic form of yoga that focuses on postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation. It is a perfect practice for both beginners and experienced yogis who are looking to reconnect with their bodies, increase flexibility, release tension, and cultivate a sense of calmness and inner peace.
My January classes will guide you through centering and grounding exercises to help you reconnect with your body and establish a strong foundation. Through mindful movement and intentional breathwork, you will learn to move through yoga poses with grace and ease, allowing energy to flow freely throughout your body.
Whether you're a new beginner or returning practitioner, you'll feel supported and encouraged throughout your practice. This is a practice of energy shifting and really connecting with ourselves.
I have taken a lot of time away from all things yoga for over a year now. I was so burned out and just started to hate it. Join me as I start over again on my new journey.

Guess what's coming December 13th.. Mercury Retrograde!! Fun right?! Before we get there though we first are going to have a New Moon during the Ascension Gateway on 12/12. This is a time of Adventure, Optimism and Exploring our Authentic Self!
In December we embrace the dark and embrace the end. The dark quiet right before the dawn. Sit in contemplation and celebrate with loved ones! The end of a cycle is here and we are going to welcome the Sun and New Year with better versions of ourselves!
Let's not fret the retrograde and instead use it to our advantage.
