I am easing back to the world of yoga! After taking a year off, I am ready to reconnect with the practice and rediscover the benefits it can bring to mind, body, and spirit.

Hatha yoga is a gentle and holistic form of yoga that focuses on postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation. It is a perfect practice for both beginners and experienced yogis who are looking to reconnect with their bodies, increase flexibility, release tension, and cultivate a sense of calmness and inner peace.
My January classes will guide you through centering and grounding exercises to help you reconnect with your body and establish a strong foundation. Through mindful movement and intentional breathwork, you will learn to move through yoga poses with grace and ease, allowing energy to flow freely throughout your body.
Whether you're a new beginner or returning practitioner, you'll feel supported and encouraged throughout your practice. This is a practice of energy shifting and really connecting with ourselves.
