To me, a spiritual mentor is someone who guides and supports individuals on their journey of spiritual growth and self-discovery.
They provide wisdom, guidance, and practical tools to help seekers explore and deepen their connection with their inner selves, higher power, and the universe. A spiritual mentor serves as a trusted ally, offering a safe and nonjudgmental space for individuals to explore their beliefs, values, and questions about life's meaning and purpose.
They may assist individuals in developing and nurturing spiritual practices, provide intuitive insights, and help them navigate challenging life situations through a lens of spirituality and mindfulness.
Ultimately, a spiritual mentor aims to inspire and empower individuals to live authentically, aligned with their values and in harmony with the universe.
I am an avid believer that a spiritual mentor should also have the following credentials
- A certification of training on dealing with spiritual needs, so they can safely know how direct and lead without causing further harm.
- Education on dealing with issues and traumas, so they can provide the correct guidance and healing.
- If guiding in religion, some sort of ministry certification, to ensure they understand the sanctity of religion.
I as a High Priestess, provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to those in need. I am ordained and have gone through a ministry school to gain my titles.
A High Priestess is a person that has gone through ordination in their respected religion to achieve the highest level. They are the teachers and mentors.
