The Journey

A Cyclical Approach to Healing and Integration
Healing is not linear.
It does not move in straight lines or permanent breakthroughs.
It moves in layers. In seasons. In rhythms.
It moves in layers. In seasons. In rhythms.
This page exists so you understand how my work typically unfolds — and so you never have to wonder:
Am I doing this right?
Should I be further along?
Did I stop too soon?
Should I be further along?
Did I stop too soon?
If you have asked yourself any of those questions, you are exactly where you are meant to be.
How Clients Typically Move Through This Work
Every journey is unique.
But most clients move through similar phases.
But most clients move through similar phases.
Phase One: Foundation
We begin with stabilization and awareness.
This is where:
- the nervous system settles
- energetic residue clears
- patterns become visible
- safety is established
For most clients, this begins with Alchemical Activation — a structured starting point that creates coherence and clarity.
At this stage, relief is common. So is insight.
Phase Two: Integration
After foundational work, many clients pause.
This is not a mistake.
It is part of the rhythm.
It is part of the rhythm.
Integration happens in daily life — not just in sessions.
You may feel:
- steadier
- clearer
- more regulated
And then, weeks or months later, you may notice:
- subtler patterns resurfacing
- new layers becoming visible
- life transitions stirring old themes
This is not regression.
It is readiness.
It is readiness.
When support is desired here, clients often return for:
- a single integration session
- or seasonal recalibration
Continuation at this stage is not dependency.
It is conscious care.
It is conscious care.
Phase Three: Deepening
Some clients feel called into deeper containers of transformation.
This happens when:
- awareness has stabilized
- patterns are recognized
- readiness is clear
This phase is never rushed.
It unfolds through invitation and relationship.
It unfolds through invitation and relationship.
Phase Four: Cyclical Return
Healing is ongoing.
Even after deep work, life continues to move.
Clients may return:
- during transitions
- in new seasons of life
- when something feels misaligned
- or simply to recalibrate
Returning does not mean something went wrong.
It means you are paying attention.
It means you are paying attention.
Pausing Is Normal
It is common to step away after initial progress.
It is common to feel “better” and focus on living.
It is common to return when a new layer emerges.
You are not meant to be in constant processing.
You are meant to live your life.
Support exists when you want it — not because you are failing.
Continuation Is Not Dependency
Choosing ongoing support does not mean:
- you cannot regulate yourself
- you are incapable of growth
- you are reliant on healing spaces
It means you value integration.
The difference between dependency and devotion is awareness.
In this work, you are always empowered to step forward, pause, or return.

"Sandi is the best, we have been working together for the last two years and every time I enjoy it very much, I love the sounds. This last session released things I never thought I would. I feel more open to receive."
Jayme R.
“She is an incredibly gifted sound healer and energy worker and my time with her has resulted in significant improvements in physical, mental and emotional pain, assistance with clearing out my Shadows and development in the ability to lead others through Spiritual support and awakening.
Chelsie S.
"Through her energy work, whether it was yoga, reiki, sound healing, deep conversations or even laughter, I was able to face my pain and trauma and finally feel a greater sense of purpose and authenticity."
