We are doing this thing!

This week hopefully all of our members have picked their habits to create and are working on wrapping their head around how this will go.

First thing is identity. Identify as the person that does the habit not someone who wants to.

Next we need to work on making it appealing so it’s more attractive to the mind. We want the pretty things. We will work for the pretty things.

New things are happening all over here at The Liminal Soul Healing. We are working on getting some new software so please forgive hiccups and blips in our processes as we work on slowing switching things around.

And last but not least a new program and workshop are in the works! This is one I know every hard working stressed out woman is going to want to hear about because I am designing it specifically for my stressed out over worked beautiful friend.

When you love someone you try everything you can to nurture them. Well I’m a healer and when my ladies are suffering I am called into action.

Lead with love and compassion and bring a sense of community with every interaction because we are not alone in this world and we shouldn’t be working this hard by ourselves. Hold each other up.

Vibration and Energy Healing

My favorite and I mean favorite modality of healing is vibrational energy healing.

Let’s start off by giving a understanding what I’m talking about.

Everything is made of energy and vibrates at different frequencies. When we have imbalances our frequencies vibrate at an off balance frequency.

The body needs to be at the right frequencies to start to heal itself. Vibrational healing can help balance the frequencies from your outer biomagnetic fields all the way to your inner cellular levels.

Using energy healing alongside frequency healing we get more bang and promote complete healing.

Feel balanced in your mind, body and spirit. Balance emotions, physical ailments and bring vitality back to your body and life.

“Junk Food”

When I started Priestess school one of the first lessons we had was identifying and removing the junk from our life for one month. We looked at what was no longer serving us and made an honest effort to remove it all while recording and reporting our progress.

This can be found in all aspects of your life. We are detoxing from things that no longer belong in our life, the things that hold us back and distract us from our goals and healthy habits and boundaries.

What are these thing to you? For me it was Social Media, the News, Excessive shopping, Mindless Eating and letting my boundaries slide.

So much can build up and quick that by the time we realize it we feel overwhelmed and defeated. Don’t worry though because you can push through and remove the “junk food” from your life. You are not alone.

Make a list of what consumes your peace and your time. Prioritize the list. Is this list getting you closer to the life you want to live? Is it expressing your authentic passions and personal goals? Changes need to be made in order to achieve our goals, otherwise we would all be exactly where we need and want to be. Change is uncomfortable and scary but it’s not unattainable.
