Destress December

It’s coming! December I mean. The holidays are here and so is the stress!

Let’s make a commitment to ourselves to take care of our bodies and minds. This will keep us sane and enjoying the moments and memories we are making.

Here are a few tips to decompress

  • Read a good cozy book
  • Drink warm tea
  • Stretch with relaxing yoga
  • Get a massage or healing session
  • Make playtime a priority
  • Take a nice nourishing bath

We have two events coming up next weekend and are scheduling our healing sessions, classes and workshops for the month.

Playing Small

Create Amazing Things

I was talking to Candi about her next podcast episode, and she says she has the perfect topic for us to discuss, “why do we play small?”

Hmmm I feel like she just hit me with that one, and now I am excited to do this podcast episode with her!

Then I was thinking about how perfect the timing of this topic was. We are in Leo season and Jupiter still is in retrograde.

You may wonder what that has to do with it so I’ll explain. Lions are fearless and go after what they want with power and force. Jupiter in retrograde is forcing us to use that energy towards working on our personal goals.

As we roll into Virgo on the 22nd we begin to ground and organize our thoughts and plans. This keeps us focused on the goal.

Why not discuss why we play small, it is perfect timing to get us thinking and acting big.

The Resistance and The Push

Do you ever feel like life is pushing against you?

Like every step you take is met with some sort of obstacle trying to distract you?

What does this mean? It means my darling, you are on the right path! Yes! When we are moving forward and growing, the universe around us pushes back. Why?

Because when we grow we change. Our vibrations change, our energy changes, our thoughts change, the way we view the world changes.

So when we view things differently, they respond differently. This is especially true when we are succeeding. Did you ever notice when you are doing really well that something drastic happens?

Yup that means you are on the right path. Don’t give in to it’s distractions just acknowledge and move forward. Take these as signs you are on your way to greater things.

Frequencies and Manifestations

This morning I was listening to Bob Proctor talk and he said something I always say, thoughts are frequencies and so is manifestation. We are taught to look at the negative and taught to keep our mind in a small box because it seems logical. Here is the thing though, old thoughts, old patterns and old actions don’t change the situation. Think about what it is you really want. Reprogram your thinking to achieve this outcome. Don’t use excuses like I don’t have time, I don’t have money, I don’t have blah blah blah. You get the point. We need to work on the self and how we think and see ourselves and others in all situations in life.
Do you focus on the negative? Are you only seeing the wrong? Are you focusing on and being coached on new habits? Are you manifesting in the present tense?
Think about it. Are you achieving your goals? Are you on your way? How is the Karma you are putting out in the world?
Here is a coaching tip for the day, think about what you want. Write it down. Live your week like you already achieved it. Write down what you are grateful for every morning and start your day on a positive note. When faced with something that makes you feel uncomfortable or upset, sit with it and ask why and then look for the positive and the lesson. Breathe!
