It’s coming! December I mean. The holidays are here and so is the stress!
Let’s make a commitment to ourselves to take care of our bodies and minds. This will keep us sane and enjoying the moments and memories we are making.
Here are a few tips to decompress
- Read a good cozy book
- Drink warm tea
- Stretch with relaxing yoga
- Get a massage or healing session
- Make playtime a priority
- Take a nice nourishing bath
